This standard applies to the construction requirements of uniform dress coats, jackets and tunics made with fusible interlining, fully lined or half lined, which have set-in sleeves. Fusible interlining is used in the foreparts, facings, collars, pocket flaps, pocket stays, sleeve bottoms, edges and vents.
